Portland is a city in a state of Oregan, USA and has been known as "City of Roses" with many rose garden - most prominently The International Rose Garden; founded in 1917 and the oldest continuously operated public rose test garden in the United States. There are over 7000 rose plants of approximately 600 varieties. I had visited the place last week and it was a beautiful experience. I am presenting some of them.
