You know something: the Aborigines in Australia painted their caves with hands of their children every year they printed their hands on the rocks. The hands became bigger each year . Thanks for this photo. Wil, ABCW Team.

Sad that such an incident happened. I never knew there are people who can demand money from a poor illiterate old man for filling up a form..!Sad times indeed.
